Once you’ve secured your listing with your clients, we’ll take care of the core admin tasks involved from that point until the accepted offer is received. This includes, but not limited to, pulling the land title, preparing the contract, booking the measurements and photos, listing input on MLS, submitting the listing documents to your brokerage, preparing any amendments, and more.

Signing a Contract

We’ll send you the Unlicensed REALTOR® Assistant Form for you and your broker to sign to allow us to obtain our own Public ID from CREB for you.

  • Send listing documents to brokerage

  • Add open house to Pillar9

ESRA Amendments

  • Prepare amendments

  • Send amendments for signing

  • Edit Pillar9

  • Send ShowingTime notification if price change

  • Send amendments to brokerage

Termination

  • Prepare termination

  • Send for signing to the seller and broker

  • Order sign down

Listing Expiry

Re-List

Providing the re-list is within 6 months of expiry of original listing. If outside of 6 months, the full Listing to Contract fee applies.

Prior to Active Re-List

  • Prepare new listing documents

  • Send to clients for signing

  • Preload in Pillar9

  • Activate listing

  • All related listing documents to be saved to REALTORS® preferred storage

  • Email REALTOR® 1 week before listing expiry and date of expiry

Active Re-List

  • Input showing instruction in ShowingTime

  • Send listing documents to brokerage

  • Email REALTOR® 1 week before listing expiry and date of expiry
